Genuvo.com is dedicated to providing you with great products and outstanding customer service. All our items are authentic and as described. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund (100% Money Back).
Please follow these steps to return your purchase:
- You can return your products within 60 days from the purchase date. All returns must be unworn and in the original conditions and packaging, with all tags attached.
- Please contact us to request a Return Authorization Code.
Provide us with the following information so we can issue your Return Authorization Code: your first and last name, the order number and the item numbers for the products you wish to return. - Please pack the return securely. Use the original packaging and include all the item’s materials (such as certificates, warranties and instructions).
- Please write the Return Authorization Code on the outside of the package and on a note (to be included inside the package).
- Customer pays for the return shipping. Genuvo.com is not responsible for any lost or undelivered package. Please ensure the package and use a traceable shipping method.
- Please offer us the tracking number once the return is shipped out.
All international returns must be insured and marked as return. Any duties/taxes or customs fees are non-refundable
Once the return is received and inspected by our Quality Assurance team, a full refund is issued back to the original payment method (usually within 72 hours of receipt).
